Lots of litters all around, lakes are dried. I haven't visited the whole park but from the side of the San Jose library within 10 minutes wasn't the greatest with multiple graffiti's and suspicious people that looked intoxicated. I visited a Saturday around 11h30am.

The park used to be beautiful I'm not complaining that the homeless taking over the park But it's the creeepos That also came I was at the park 1/17/22 I went to the bathroom and some guy just started staring after I used the restroom I went out the restroom and after I got about 15 feet away he got up and started following me motioning me to come to him I had to call my sister and neice to come to me I will not be visiting that park again I was legit scared for my life .

A few years ago, we have been here once! Recently, we just moved nearby!!! We really like this nice park! An interesting Chinese Cultural Garden! A great walking path (flat, very suitable for elderly and kids) with lots of shade under many big trees! Beautiful in the fall!!! We plan to come here once a week for walking or running!!! It opens at 10am and closes at Sunset!
