The lady working the window was a wreck. It took about 30 mins to get my food and only 2 cars ahead of me. She had no idea what she was doing. Then she kept leaving the window and would come back eating something and try to tall to you.

Joanna always does a fantastic job. I honestly was getting frustrated until I heard her on the other end she's a hard worker and gets the job done. I wouldn't be going to burger King if she wasn't an employee, Because I've had sooo many issues with everyone else. I literally only go when she's working. One of your new male employee's flipped me off because he got my order wrong the 15 times I told him. Thankfully Joanna was working and got my order correct. And as soon as I saw Joanna I knew my order would be right and taken care of.

I was there yesterday. 3/24/22. I purchased a whopper bacon melt. I was not sure which one I want to eat, but the cashier Jazmin, she was very patient to explain each of melt. Service was friendly and quick.
