I've been going to this place for years so this review is past due. I never encountered any problems. They were always extremely nice and helpful. An excellent customer service. Highly recommended!!

I went there to send a package using the USPS services because the local post office was too busy. I drove over here and waited in line patiently and the associate was so nice to the couple in front of me so I thought I would be able to get my questions answered as well. Plus I was planning on setting up a P.O. Box for my online business since it's closer to my job. I couldn't have been more wrong. The other couple left and I tried getting my questions answered. I guess not. Every single answer was "I guess" and "I dunno, maybe" and it was just a really unpleasant experience. I eventually gave up and asked why he was so much more helpful to the other couple, again the answer was an eye roll and "I dunno" It was just a generally unpleasant experience.
