this guy just stomped my phone out of my hands outside PNC bank in Palm spring on Indian canyon . my phone screen is shattered now but still works Andi called off 911 but will initiate the assault charges later if he keeps stalking me. that is not a security guard. that is a trouble maker. he is behind me now. I'm pretty sure he is going to kill me. but oh well. I did good. Goodbye cruel world.

My parents and I went shopping for food after picking up my mom from the hospital. We were at the palm springs Ralph's and there was a tall white guy who approached my mom who was sitting outside eating a yogurt because she couldn't eat for three days. She also wasn't exactly dressed for shopping either. This guy had completely ran off the assumption that she stole her yogurt and after she explained herself he just stared her down. I went in and told the store manager as well as getting info from him. Tried calling a field supervisor but supposedly there wasn't one. My partner and I have been in security for 4 years and even as supervisors and not once have we found a logical reason to jump into conclusions or assumptions. We've worked from huge events to small parltrol shifts. Go ahead and provide an email so we can send you our moms email for an actual apology. Response to owner: My girlfriend called and asked for a field supervisor and or manager and was told there was only one person in office. Guard is working night shift, incident occurred around 7pm on the dot.
