Aunt Mary's was on my short list of places that I wanted to go to because of their high ratings, and they did not disappoint. All four dishes that my family and I ordered tasted very good. All of the staff, including our server, were very kind and accommodating. If there was one knock however on the experience, it would be that we felt like we were unattended to for most of the time. For most places who specialize in breakfast, as Aunt Mary's does, 3 minutes usually doesn't pass between staff asking you if you want a refill of coffee. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here, and I had to search for somebody whenever we needed something. Nevertheless, I believe that was probably a one-off, considering how kind everybody was, and will definitely come back again.

This was my first visit in quite some time. The wait was very reasonable. They are seating an amount of tables they are able to serve well. The service is good. The food is tasty. The weekend brunch specials that we tried were good. Espresso drinks and alcoholic drinks good as well. Happy we came here for brunch!

It was one of the best breakfasts I could ever have had.The food was fresh,the drinks were DELICIOUS.i definitely recommend you go to this place!! Pictures : Chilaquiles Burrito , Grilled cheese sandwich , Fried chicken breast sandwich and lemonade 😋

Yes they have gluten-free options and also vegetarian friendly. I highly recommend Aunt Mary's Cafe.
Hello! Thank you for being concerning of how we handle Covid safety. We strictly adhere to Alameda Health Department's guidance for daily operations, such as: - Our staff wear mask all the time on site, and strive to maintain social-distance as much as we are able to while working together - We wash and/or sanitize our hands in between tasks, such as cooking/packing/serving food/drinks to customers. - Up until the most recent Shelter-In-Place order, when dining-in for outdoor seatings was allowed, tables/chairs are space out with a minimum of 6-fts between parties; and we sanitize and disinfect tables/chairs in between seatings. - All working surfaces are wiped down with disinfectant before opening, frequently throughout the day, and after closing. - We also request customers to have their masks on while inside our facility.
