Mathew Tye at Enterprise went above and beyond with helping me with the Enterprise car rental. Prior to picking up the rental, he called the day before to be sure everything was good with the rental and advised me to bring certain documentation. Upon picking up the rental, I had some issues with my cell phone and was unable to call American Express to increase my daily limit. He was so kind and allowed me to use their phone to call American Express. He is a very patient, hard working, and understanding person with excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend everyone to get their car rentals through Enterprise in Elkins. Great job and keep up all the hard work. I will be a forever customer to Enterprise! LCarroll

The best experience with car rentals. I have used this location for several years. At least one a year. Matt is wonderful and makes sure that you are good with the rental. The cars are clean and nice to drive. This store always goes above to make sure that I am happy with my rental. I have been able to reach them with questions while on the road and they are always willing to help answer any questions I have. Doing a great job. Keep it up.

Had a good vehicle and a good trip. Twas only upon return we ran into issues. We now have a pending dispute now over a "dent" that was was told about. I know I had no incidents and the position of it is such that it's not like a different person running into you without notice so it's just a sad situation. We did not walk through together before or after so sadly policy wasn't followed and a problem did come up. Update: The claims department dismissed that claim, and I got my deposit money back thank God.We're listening and would like to know more, Trish Musandipa. I had to drop off my vehicle at the repair shop at the end of the day. Matt at the Elkins Enterprise had a van waiting for me at the shop and then they drove me to the Enterprise office.
