Poval was very polite and knowledgeable about all the options for exterior stone material and what to stay away from due to the affect of UV exposure. The office rep Rosemary was on top of everything in real time and came up with on-the -spot options due to the “Time is of an essence “ deadline we were on. Rosemary communicated with me at every step of the way and worked through many challenges, all of them out of her control, to ensure our success to deliver on time and on budget to our clients. They had the largest selection of quartz and granite products of any vendor we visited. In addition, they were able to remove our existing tile counters and backsplash, do all the fabrication work on site in their office, and then install the final product in a timely way with great results.
