Do things online and save yourself time and effort!!! I tried to visit here couple of times and after waiting for my turn, they simply said you should use online services to change plans or order a new phone. The representative did not even care to pull up my account and spend some time to see whether he can help. At one event the answer was that its weekend. Just wait and call the customer service during week and you will get a better response.
