Every time we come here they get our orders wrong, but today the manager decided to argue with me about everything. I’m over this sonic, the chili cheese tater tots always look bad too like old chili.. So I don’t come here for food anymore, but I thought let’s go for ice cream and the guy taking our order was doing a horrible job and kept messing up when taking our order, then had the nerve to be rude to and rush us. Clearly we are waiting on you to fix our order, we don’t want to confuse you even more tinktink. Lol looking sad sonic!

They got the order wrong. If you ask for plain you best check that it is plain before you get home. My granddaughter couldn't eat her sandwich. And the service was pretty slow. The chery limeade is still good, though.

Only one at drive through .. Waited at drive thru so long.. I had time to install the sonic app and order our food before they responded to take our order... Total time on sight till we received food - 55 minutes. It was excessive.. Food was good, fresh n hot, I'll try again another day . Maybe they were just having a bad day

Standard Covid Safety practices seem to be in place here. *as of 2/14/21 drive-thru and park and order are functioning normally. All employees are wearing masks and gloves throughout your order delivery to your car, drive-thru is the same. Employees will deliver food to the individual self serve kiosks, no problem.

Apple Valley location I've waited 10 minutes alone in line just for my order to be taken. Consistently the worst customer experience ever.
