Pleasant service and staff was accommodating for family and friends who were stuck in traffic because of the long commute to the mortuary. They postponed the ceremony reasonably and respectfully for late arrivals. Because of this simple kindness I noticed the attendees tripled in 15 minutes. I encountered two employees constantly (they had name badges). I never spoke to either but they smiled every time I made eye contact. Such a hard day but handled very professionally and with grace.

Paid for my daughter”s marker at the end of March 2021, still have not received it. First they avoided me, then they lied to me in an email where they misspelled her name, and the most recent call, the woman guessed three different dates in a one minute call as to when I’ll get what I paid for. She made several excuses, one being delays at the ports…I guess she did not realize that I import goods weekly and the delays are by a week or two, not months. I spared no expense to have a beautiful burial site for my teen daughter, my baby and her gravesite remains unmarked! I am incredibly distressed by this lack of respect or concern on Sunset Hills part. Update: As of 7-14-22 still no communication and still no marker.

My father passed in 2018 and my mother passed this past November. Sunset Hills handled arrangements for both. Both experiences were excellent. We were treated with empathy and they helped us work through the entire process. They have always been professional and communicated with my family well. I want to acknowledge Justin that helped with my mother's arrangements. He went above and beyond to make sure that are needs were being met. He was so kind and even helped take pictures at my parents internment. I should add the property is beautiful, peaceful and the view of the desert valley is spectacular.
