Weird experience! Not very nice and friendly workers. The exam letters were very small and hard to read. Also waiting time to get into the testing room take at least 30 minutes. As well a lot of noises and staff talking loudly, very hard to concentrate!!!

The experience I had at this testing facility was so-so. I took an exam that required a fingerprint afterward. The staff was nice enough, but apparently they did not send my fingerprints to the state after the testing. It has somehow been lost in transition and they rely on you to keep your receipt to "prove" you took the fingerprints. This is a huge problem. Also, when trying to contact their facility via the phone number, it is does not go through.

3 CALLS TO CUSTOMER SERVICE TRYING TO FIND TEST LOCATIONS IN PHOENIX AND TUCSON ARIZONA. HAD TROUBLE HEARING BECAUSE OF THE CHICKENS AND ROOSTERS IN THE BACKGROUND. THEY HAVE ZERO ABILITY TO HELP OR ANSWER A SIMPLE QUESTION OF WHERE THEIR SITES ARE OR HOW TO REACH THEM.
