I am not sure but when you sign up they will tell you. For my personal account i dont get charged because i get direct deposit. That may have changed so i would speak to someone there.
It depends on how much change you have. If its a few dollars yes if its an old 5 gallon size bucket from home depot full of grandmas pennies that she collected over the past 8 years, the bank would appreciate it if the coins were in rolls. I recently finish rolling a one gallon orange juice jug full of pennies and purchased the rolls at the dollar store
I am not an employee of the bank. They do not have one. They are a bank and should not have an issue accepting coins
