Mother Moo is a very wholesome, locally owned creamery. Their pies, pastries and baked goods are fantastic, but you're really there for their handmade ice cream in a hot waffle cone. I love taking it home and enjoying some ice cream with the love of my life. Thanks Mother Moo for being a small business in my area!

Local creamery in the heart of Sierra Madre. People line up for it which always tells you something. What it is telling you in this case is that the ice cream is the smoothest and creamiest in LA. It is in head to head competition with any of the top shops. The flavors are interesting, fresh, classic and so delicious. The shop itself is adorable and has all sorts of interesting little gifts for the person in your life with a sweet tooth. They are very connected with the community while I always find a plus. You must try this place out if you love ice cream.

Really tasty ice cream done in interesting ways I've never had before. Cool service too. My favorite part of the experience was watching the young employee put together the ingredients for my "Modest Cow" with the syrup and the sprinkles and the marshmallows. The way he did it, it was like watching an artist trying to put together a masterpiece. He was so careful, intensely interested, and precise in his method. I would even dare to say he was a little dramatic in his approach too. It was very amusing. It's an incredibly quaint little shop. Highly recommended!

Amazing ice cream and sweets. You can taste the difference instantly, it's so rich and creamy and there is no mistaking the flavor. The staff is friendly and it's very clean and fun decorated inside, there's always something new you'll notice. Although it is a bit pricey, it is definitely worth it because you get what you pay for and that's high quality products with organic, locally sourced ingredients
