$5 currently for a self serve car wash. Did a vacuum for $2 and an air freshener for $1. Not too bad for being able to clean an interior as well. Recommend bringing your own towel. Update 6/10/22. Credit card only.

SELF SERVE CAR WASH - Address: 375 South Spruce Avenue, South San Francisco, CA 94080 (Corners of S. Spruce Avenue & Huntington Avenue) PLEASE BE INFORMED & AWARE, A $10.00 CHARGE WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR CREDIT OR DEBIT UNTIL THE CHARGE IS CLEARED BY YOUR FINANCIAL INSITUTION. PLUS BOB W. INFORMED ME, A CUSTOMER'S CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD WILL AUTOMATICALLY BE STOPPED AT TWELVE ($12.00) - EVEN IF THE CUSTOMER DID NOT USE THE "STOP BUTTON." I am thrilled, I am finally able to make a “5 Star” Review. The owner & manager of the SELF SERVE CAR WASH – BOB W. called me this morning Wednesday 6/1/2022 @ 10:35am to discuss with me a REFUND CREDIT CARD REQUEST CHARGE SLIP, which I had slipped under the manager/owner’s door on Tuesday 5/31/2022 around 11am. Bob W. (OWNER & MANAGER) took time to “REACH OUT TO ME” so quickly – today Wed. 6/1/2022 @ 10:35am. QUITE IMPRESSIVE! He took time to explicitly explain to me the CREDIT CARD USE DETAILS at the Self-Service Car Wash. Since, it was first time I had ever used a credit card for a self-service car wash. ANYWHERE. What confused me, was the time COUNTED UP. It counts down, when using car wash tokens. I thought that my credit card would be continuously charged all day long. I called my credit union, while I was in the drying & vacuuming section. They informed me; my debit card was charged $10.00. I pressed the STOP BUTTON at $5.50. Bob W. informed me in our telephone conversation, there is a $10.00 Automatic Charge placed unto my debit card. The next day, it would have been changed to the $5.50 charge. Unfortunately for me, I had already shut down this credit union debit – just to be sure. Now I know better, as this situation has happened with certain gas stations. They put a $100.00 Hold on my debit card until it cleared. On Tuesday, 5/31/22 @ 10:32 am, I went to the Self-Service Car Wash on 375 Spruce Avenue, SSF, CA 94080. Because the Self Service has such a GOOD REPUTATION on Social Media Posts, it is often crowded even at this mid-morning time. Surprisingly, I was able to pull right into the last car wash stall NUMBER 1. I usually use the COIN MACHINE to get TOKENS for the car wash. I had a challenging time finding an ATM, where I would not be charged a $3.00 fee, so I had just FIVE (5) $1.00 bills in my wallet. I could have just gotten $5.00 of tokens (I was in a RUSH, & I left FOUR (4) car wash tokens at home – from my previous visit.) I felt like, I needed more time to wash the car as I normally do. Wednesday, 6/1/2022 12pm It is unbelievable, we are all in June 2022 already. Tuesdays are my day to move the car for SFMTA Street Parking. I get up early in the morning, I then do all my necessary errands: grocery shopping, personal necessities shopping, & all extra errands, which I need to complete. Cleaning my car is a major necessity, which I feel is quite important to do, as it LIVES ON THE STREET. It is not in my monthly budget to afford to have the car in an enclosed garage. If I won the lottery, it would be the first thing I would buy. Thanks for reading this review & post. I would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WASHING YOUR CAR AT THE SELF SERVICE CAR WASH 375 SOUTH SPRUCE AVENUE, SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO – INTERSECTION S. SPRUCE AVE & HUNTINGTON AVE.

You get what you pay for. You can wash your car for 10 bucks. Some days there's nice people along side and some days not. It can get crowded just have to be patience.

I like this place - never too busy and spacious enough compared to other spots. The issue I have is that I put $20 in the token machine and only received 12 back. Basically scammed me lol

Got charged also $10 for a $2 machine ridiculous!!
Hi, one time that happened to me, but they had a complain box and they return my money. I recommend you to use your credit card it's cheaper than tokens, with tokens I used to pay around $11, and I started using the credit card and I pay around 8 to 10.
The minimum is $4 for 3 minutes.
