Terrific, upbeat, very nice receptionist and the ophthalmologist quite nice during the very short time I spent with him. Comfortable office environment. On the questionable side, no one told me ahead of appt that I had to pick and choose what I wanted. I could have my eyes examined to determine whether I needed new glasses or have my eyes examined for contacts, but not both unless I paid for one or the other exam. I mentioned wanting to know about cataracts so no exam was done to determine whether or not my prescription is still effective. No one showed interest in answering my questions sleeking clarity on policy. While nice people work there, I felt under-served and left with questions unanswered.

To be honest with you, I had taken my friend for an appointment she checked in and an hour later we discovered the receptionist never checked her all the way in. I feel the gal was to worried about her on issues and not the patient. The other staff was awesome
