We are at Biaggi’s Maple Grove last night. Our waitress was an absolute QUEEN. I wish we remembered her name, we left her an excellent tip. Food wasn’t my favorite but it definitely was far from awful. I got the salmon & Shrimp Risotto. Shrimps were delicious. I got the cucumber martini. Definitely lots of cucumbers in it, not a very strong drink though! Prices are reasonable everything was less than $25 a dish, except for 1-2 dishes. Not sure if we’d be back because of location (we live farther north) but definitely a solid place for Italian cuisine.

We met our son here for his Birthday dinner (his venue choice) and like every visit at several different Biaggi's...we really enjoyed our stop. The service is always excellent and the cloth napkins are appreciated. Being a Friday during Lent, I ordered the Dijon Salmon (see picture) and my wife ordered the Seared Scallop Risotto (see picture). The salmon was a little overcooked, as it was not very juicy but the scallops and risotto were fantastic - they are highly recommended. My sister and I had a fair experience here for lunch and will have to visit this restaurant another time to experience the food and service more whenever we're in the area again, as this was our first time here. The free bread and olive oil was nice to have while waiting for food. The mushroom appetizer was good, coming out hot and fresh. We shared our dishes: my sister loved the alfredo with grilled chicken; the eggplant parmesan was okay, the eggplant being perfect but the noodles were dry and relatively cold; the baked ziti flavor was great but the overall dish was just too watery throughout the meal. The restaurant interior and vibe was nice and romantic. The server was attentive, but their speaking to us felt... I'd say, rushed...and it was only lunch time, on a Tuesday. Overall, it was $90 (with another dish to-go) and cash tip.

Like spaghetti marinara? Yaghi's really hasn't been trying to be a vegan restaurant they're Italian but you can order things that are all vegetables.
