Animals get good service, but I was on hold outside for 25 min, just to be sent to a VM just to drop my dog off!

WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE/Front Desk. The doctors are ok, but the front desk, some of the girls, or probably the same girl will give you an attitude. AND they lack to accept responsibility when they cause an error such as not forwarding the message for a refill to the doctor and making you wait another long week. Or giving you false information of when the doctor will be in the office again. I've tired giving this location multiple chances, but I had enough after today. I was told after waiting a long week, called yesterday to see why I haven't heard a response about my dogs refills, and apparently the message was never sent. So I was told I'd have to wait again cause the doctor that saw my dog was out for the day and would return today. So I called this morning so I wouldn't be waiting because my poor pup is in horrible pain and needs her medication. The receptionist is blaming me and saying that the doctor never comes in on a Friday. -_-* That I need to wait until tomorrow. But tomorrow I had her appointment scheduled, and the plan was to get her refill before hand until her apt. Since she was seen by only this one doctor I couldn't get another doctor to make the approval for the refill. I decided to take my baby to another location where they were much nicer at explaining stuff, and had more availability. Same company, just different location. I'm not chancing losing another of my dogs due to their lack of availability or help from this location. I've had other friends who have gone to this location have the same experience with the front desk. I rather not deal with horrible front staffing and lack of appointments to get the proper treatment for my dog, especially if I spent so much on the wellness plan. I shouldn't be needing to take my dog to the ER and pay more out of pocket for something that is supposed to be covered in their hospital. Good luck if you do. I only kept coming to this location because it was the closet one to me, but I really can't no more with they're front staff. I was happy with the doctors but definite not the front. Good luck.

I went in to give my dog a pedicure. They charged me $76.37. They charged me for a Vet Tech Exam, that was $54.95, which I never asked for. The pedicure itself was supposed to be $21.42. Which was okay, but for them to charge me for something I did not ask for was unacceptable. I've been going there for about 20+ years and now this? When I complained to them about the price the speaker was rude and basically telling me to "be quiet" and acting as if she didnt want to hear it. She was giving me the same 2 word answers, like "sorry ma'am" she said "thats our prices ma'am" which i get that but I did not ask for a Vet Tech Exam. Will not be going back there again.

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.
We believe that preventive care is the most effective way to keep your pet healthy throughout all stages of life. Our pet hospitals offer many preventive care treatments, including: • Vaccinations • Dental Care • Parasite Control • Nutritional Counseling • Behavioral Counseling • Comprehensive Examinations
You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.
Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
It all depends on their needs and if u dont have a monthly payment with them then it will be like around 50-60 dollars for the visit plus the things u need to fix whatever u need fixing. Although if its ur first time there then I recommend getting a coupon for ur first visit since it will be a huge money saver to do a simple check up! But if you dont then it will roughly be around to 200-400 dollars I believe depending ur needs. (P.s. u can get ur first visit coupon on their website! Just call ahead to make the appointment!) I hope I was at least a bit helpful. Wish u luck!
