I went into the restaurant with my wife to celebrate my birthday after receiving an email offering a free entrée for the occasion. After ordering the waiter said that the coupon will not be honored because it has to be 4 people or more. I asked to speak to the supervisor. Ricardo (Supervisor) said, it clearly states that it has to be 4 people or more, there's no expectation, with a sarcastic tone. I have been to this location multiple times, referred other people, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. I understand if corporate didn't honor the free entrée. However I've been in the restaurant business for more than 30 years; I know that managers have some discretion, or the willingness to work with the customer. But for Ricardo to flat out say No! It was insulting! This place doesn't care about their customers satisfaction, just their products.

I had the Sweet n Spicy chicken sandwich with garlic fries. This sandwich is delicious and I normally get the SPICY chicken. Excellent Service from the whole Staff. Thank you

Prompt and friendly service helped me overlook the screaming child at another table and the loud music that made it difficult to carry a normal conversation. This, my 2nd visit, the food was good and the cocktail drink ideas look great.
