Given travel time and fuel costs, Mr. Handyman Miami has a service time minimum of 1-hour. While we're happy to perform 5-minute tasks while onsite, you will be charged for a minimum period of time. Every home has a 'to do' list, so consider what you need done and call us to discuss your needs. We can often get several small tasks accomplished in a short visit.

You can then go to our website and you will find photos and bios of all team members. Also, you will receive a dispatch notification when the technician dispatches for your home and that will have their photo and brief bio.

We’ve found that every task has unique nuances, and so ‘standard prices’ are generally unfair. We find the fairest way to price our work is based on billing you for just what you need based on your circumstances.

For the majority of our work, we can provide an estimate over the phone. At times we may ask for photos to get a better view of the work which needs to be completed and provide you with a either a verbal or written estimate. There are times when an on-site estimate would be required for larger projects, i.e. bathroom, basement, remodels and deck builds are a few of those. We do have a consultation fee for our technician to come on-site to review the project, take photos and provide you with a detailed written estimate for the work.
