We have 24 hour survielence, every customer has their own unique code to come into the property and our managers walk the property 3 times a day.

I have a 10x15 and pay $136 but was just notified the prices are going up to $151. Hope that helps by giving you an idea. You can always call and ask. Theur web site was not accurate when I looked and they did not honor the price online.
