Wow! This is some great pizza. Normally, we eat it for dinner and then I’m the only one that eats leftovers for lunch the next day. This was the first time my wife wanted the leftovers too! I ordered online, which was a breeze, and then picked it up. Both times I have gone, the folks there have been great. I’ve ordered a sheet pizza for a party I’m having and can’t wait to try it.

Great pizza, wings are always nice and crispy and the jojos are perfect. This place uses a really good red sauce on pizza.

Always ALWAYS consistently great pizza! On time delivery and efficient people if you call in. Even online ordering is spot on and quick, this has got to be one of the best Cleveland area pizza chains around. Don't waste your time with the big coupon toting national chian b.s. places, these guys are the real deal!

I have ordered delivery from this Gionino's plenty of times and usually have great service. This last time I ordered delivery and did ask for them for contactless. After an hour and not hearing anything, I looked outside and did not see my delivery. I called the store and the person on the phone initially was very nice. He was trying to figure out why I had heard anything about my delivery. He said he was going to look into it and believed there may have been an issue since the driver was on his way home. I step outside again and eventually saw the pizzas I ordered off slightly away from my entrance. At this point, they were cold. I called back to inform them and again trying to confirm why I wasn't given noticed when they arrived. His curt response was "well next time you should look a little bit more before calling me." I like their pizza but I don't think I'll be ordering from this particular place again due to this rude comment.
