My daughter took online classes and was told she couldn't schedule in car until they were complete. Have been trying to schedule in car sessions for 3 months. Was told to go online on Friday at 3:30pm because that's when the schedule was posted. Was able to get 3 in car sessions scheduled, but have been looking every day for the 4th. They called once at the end of the day on a Friday and left a message on my daughter's phone to pick up a lesson for the same weekend, but when she called back no one answered. At the end of August she'll be at the 6 month mark that all lessons are required to be completed by. Then what? I have to pay again?! Was original going to go with DriveTeam in Copley, but was discouraged by the cost. Looks like I may be paying that anyway. Should have gone there.

I have been trying to get in contact with the office for over a month. Cant schedule in cars. Left multiple messages and emails with no reply.Our phones are very busy, but if you leave a message, we will return your call. We do not see that you are enrolled with Heights Driving School. We are definitely open. However, Spectrum is experiencing an outage in our area, & we have no internet or phone service due to this. We are anxiously awaiting return to service. Thank you for understanding.
