The homeless should never be a problem. It's become a social issue. Just like everybody else alive there are good and bad ones.
yes, RV spots includes electric, water & sewer hookup. Power is only 30A as i recall. They are in process of updating electrical service. ETa looks to be before the end of 2019 assuming weather cooperates.
It rarely gets exceptionally hot in Lompoc. There's good shade, not an abundance, but every day around 1pm, WITHOUT FAIL, the breeze comes in from the coast and keeps it nice and cool. I'd even pack a sweater.
No outlet yes the bathrooms close to camping
Yes there are showers. Only open at certain time of day. Each camp site has a fire pit.
entrance at the front. If there is a spot available tent camping is $15 per night and RV hook up sites are $30 per night or $200 per week prepaid. There is no monthly price. There is a 28 day limit. Leaving for seven days allows you to return.
As far as I know only when they have derbies. But yeah I'd check fish and game or the parks and recreations.
For tent camping it is $15 per night and you have three nights to camp. For RV camping it is $20 per night . you then have 21 nights to camp.
It's a small pound, they put trout in it once a year. It's done for children's fish derby.
