I have shopped at Once Upon a Quilt for many years. They are always professional, helpful and have a great selection of merchandise. I recently purchased a new sewing machine and Lisa and staff could not have been more helpful. As always great quality and friendly service!

New toy...YAY...!!! Today I picked up my new Bernina B770 sewing machine along with a pre-owned embroidery module attachment at a fantastic price. A big shout out and THANK YOU goes to Once Upon A Quilt shop for their outstanding customer service and in making me "a new Bernina Family Member" feel welcomed. Sally, sales rep, Eli explained threading, and Lisa, owner were tremendously helpful with my purchase. I am excited in being a Bernina owner. Looking forward to my first project on my first Bernina. Thank you Once Upon A Quilt..!!!

I gladly drive the 90 miles one way to this store. If I need help I ask and they are quick to help. If I don't need help they leave me alone. I've never walked out without what I came for, and usually a bit more ;-).

Questions & Answers

I have a quilt top that I want to be machine quilted. Does this shop do it and what are the conditions - my backing or theirs, my batting or theirs? Thank you!

Yes, the quilting done by Jen is phenomenal! Your back needs to be 4-6 inches larger than the top all the way around. The shop has batting on a roll, very convenient. And there are plenty of fabrics to choose from if you don’t have a backing yet.

What are the Covid safety practices like here?
