I took a used Lexus with approximately 130,000 miles to get repaired at Transmission King. Amrit kept constant contact with me until I received the car a few days later. They let me know to expect adjustments from the computer and that codes may reappear later as it self adjusted. They were so right. By knowing ahead of time what to expect, I had no worries. My schedule was busy, so it took awhile to bring it back. However, the car was in good condition even with the lights popping on. I finally got it back to make the final adjustment and my vehicle has been running well since. I give them an A+ for quality, service, and patience. They also handled all work onsite not sending me to check at one of their other locations like a previous transmission shop did. I trust Transmission King with any work in the future. I had a whistling sound coming from my car, I was really worried. I called them, spoke with Amrit and was able to come right away and in less than an hour, they ran a free diagnostic on my transmission, figured out that I actually need to get a belt in my engine replaced, OFFERED to replace it while they changed my transmission fluid, and I was able to get an appointment later that week. Their prices are the best I could find in the area, they’re friendly, and gave me great insight into what I should be aware of, since this is my first car. Thank you guys for being honest and friendly, other places can be really intimidating, but you guys made this such a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be back when needed.
