Sure the trailers here are old, the trash area is a breeding ground for disease, and the speed bumps are a headache but I think its just fine by me. A good place to live if you just don't really give AF, like me.Hi Michael, we appreciate your rating and review of the park, and are always looking for ways to improve! They have a few sitting at the entrance. May be someone else's property. Wouldn't hurt to call.
No it is Botetourt County and lease are for the lots from my understanding and as far as length we did the 1 year but I believe there was 6 month or month to month option.
There are many trailers privately owned but being rented so you're best bet is to ride they and look for for rent signs
