Do not take your truck to this dealership. They are really unprofessional. Got our truck all dirty. Left grease mark all over the truck, inside and out. They left the dirty rag laying inside the truck. Day1 when we called, they did a PM on the truck and worked on things that we didn't ask and had no clue why we dropped our teuck for. Day2 they still had no idea what we dropped off the truck for. Lack of communication is so evident. They lifted the bed to look under the bed and was lazy to love the TV to the side and crushed the TV. Very very unprofessional dealership. Do not waste your time or money with these people. Expect your truck and personal belongings to be damaged and dirty.

Jennifer the service manager is amazing, and the entire service team had my truck in and out. Fastest service I’ve ever had in the trucking business. Also rates were amazing!!!

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service from Kenworth and will never use them again! - I originally ordered a truck in April 2021 and was promised a delivery date of March 2022 - Salesman (Matt) I placed the order with was fired due to a "truck shortage" - I was later contacted by Luis (new salesman) and he told me he'd be taking over the account. - Luis then told me Kenworth jacked the price up $10K from the original purchase order that was SIGNED! So, I was forced to pay that. - THEN, I was told the truck would be here in April, THEN May, THEN June. I was promised the truck June 14th and tried getting paperwork started for financing to get the process done ASAP. I ended up getting the truck June 22nd because the finance paperwork took 3-5 days. During the process I was sent the WRONG paperwork (someone else's financing agreement to sign). - My initial deposit was not refunded until I had to contact Luis AFTER I was told it was already sent back. 3 weeks later I'm a large business owner and was going to buy 6 more trucks within the year, but not a chance I'd go with this company ever again.

..in 3 times I have gone for repair in air line of the brakes. They told me it was the air dry, they changed it and charged me 1500 dollars. Nothing to see, nothing solved, the problem continued. Now they say it's the sensors, but they can't give me credit for the Air Dry they changed and it wasn't damaged. The Air Dry was in perfect condition. ...I don't know how they'll call it in the USA, but in my country they used to say that: Fraud, Theft, Abuse. ...en mi buen español. Son unos ESTAFADORES, LADRONES Y ABuSADORES. There is no justification for the attitude and position of the Service Department. They are LACK OF RESPECT, LACK OF CONSIDERATION AND SCAMMERS, I will keep telling you as long as they maintain that position and that attitude.
