Never again ! We ordered a pizza 1 1/2 hours before pickup time. We arrived and went to order / pickup counter. The two employees went out of their way to ignore us . They would never look are way even when coming around the counter to take a phone order. Extremely rude , 15 minutes later wife said excuse me we had an order to pickup. They looked at each other and said we didn’t get it and went back to ignoring us . I had a confirmation number. The person whom assume was the manager was outside on her cell phone. She had walked by and mumbled something and went to her office

My last 2 online orders have been nothing but fiascos. I ordered an original crust supreme pizza and received an extra thin crust. When I called to ask about it they said that's how they're made. No manager to speak with. My second order a couple days later was for a couple of hamburgers. As I was pulling up to pick them up I received a call stating they were out of hamburgers....wth? With no manager this store is rapidly falling behind. Please hire a manager that can bring this store back to good standards.

They were out of 3 different fountain drinks and there was a problem with an employee that should have been handled in a back office not out front. Management appeared very unprofessional. There was an unpleasant atmosphere about the whole store.
