Don't waste your time going to the service department. The side of the dealership is ok. Parts department is a joke. Please skip this dealership and go to any other one...There are y others that are Great

Timonium Maryland. Called to ensure that the vehicle(s) I wanted would be there to test drive. Arrived and sat for 1 and 15 minutes. Finally I get up to leave and one of the managers asked if he could help me. I told him why I was there and happened to notice that one of the cars I wanted to test drive was parked by the window. When I asked what was going on was told it was purchased. Then it took another 10-15 minutes for them to get the other car that I wanted from another Autonation. My son and I both liked the vehicle. They bring in a manager, we purchase the car , got home around around 7 that evening. We then notice a daytime running light which is out. I email the sales person and inform her that I am bringing the car in to get the light fixed. She then confirmed the time. I arrive at the dealership and am told the part has to be ordered. Then a tire light comes on. We go to the gas station, put air in the tires and the light remains on. I email the salesperson and we confirm the time I can come in. I arrive at the service center to find there is no appointment/no mechanic. Then they involve the manager who actually was helpful and offered solutions. So now the car is at the shop. Unbelievable that this happened. My hope is that the upper manager/owners try to rectify this issue and others.

If I could rate this company lower I would! I was told the brakes would be fixed prior to purchase and they were not. My rear tire blew after 5 hours of delivery. I paid for a tag when I requested my original to be transferred…… I reached out to the corporate office with a promised phone call within 48 hours. A week later I am still waiting. This company and their reputation has went down dramatically. There is a Huge lack of customer service. Retraining is needed from the top down. Try the approach of interaction over transaction. Try to treat people like their hard earned money matters. I put 30k down on a 65k purchase and was treated as if I was ata buy here pay here lot. I would strongly suggest you take your money elsewhere. My last purchase was at carvana! I made a huge mistake not giving them my business again!

My wife and I purchased a brand new 2017 Honda Accord approximately 5 years ago, from the initial day we purchased the car, there was an ongoing vibrating/rattling noise coming from the dashboard area. They attempted to fix the issue on several occasions (over the last few years and countless service appointments), and now several years later the issue still exists and they have not been able to fix it. This is extremely frustrating and unethical as we purchased a brand new car with defective components and Honda failed to permanently remediate the issue. Unfortunately, based on my experiences over the last few years, I do not recommend Honda products. **UPDATE: I spoke to the GM at the Dulles location last year when I initially posted this review and he basically swept the issue under the rug when I met him in-person. If he truly cared about his customers, then he would've escalated the issue directly to Honda's corporate office, but he never followed up to rectify the issue. DO NOT purchase a new or used car from AutoNation...you'll most likely regret the decision and waste countless hours with no resolution, just like we experienced.

You would actually request another title from the state and it will not appear on there any longer.
