This is my second time attempting to order items for pick-up at Fayetteville Target, and I will never patronize them again. Both times I attempted, the wrong items were pulled for me. But to have the associate go back and forth with me about the wrong items being pretty much the same as what I ordered was totally unacceptable and a total turnoff. If I wanted pretty much the same, then I would not have been specific about what I ordered. In fact, instead of being rude with back and forth, try apologizing next time rude associate!!!!

As much money as I spend in this store and how often I visit, tonight I felt as though I just didn’t belong. My whole experience checking out was disturbing from the time I entered the line to purchase my items. The cashier Jazmine stared at me as if I shouldn’t have come into her line. She was so busy looking at me that she was unable to pay attention to her current customer. When it was finally my turn I asked if she was taking cash(due to getting ready to close, as well as not being able to make change for larger bills. Her responding demeanor was very sneaky and uncomfortable as if I asked a dumb question. While handing her my cash, her latest response with sarcasm was that there was a miscommunication. As a frontline employee, it is of great importance to make sure all customers feel welcome. I guess she noticed I took a glance at her name tag because she tried to smooth things over with a joke and smile while she referred to not being provided enough room to pass my remaining change through the small area of space between the card reader and glass. I decided not to call her out as I usually would die to having my kids me. However, her mannerisms tonight should not have had to been tolerated as well. She wasn’t the worst but definitely needs a touch up on how to treat customers. For a moment I felt like I was at Walmart and not Target.

After driving across town to get to target to buy an iron and a some other items i became a little bit disappointed . I picked up at ironing bored with read 9.00 clearance and it had a lot there . I also picked up some deodorant which also had alot in that spot which said 5.49 . I get to the register and they rang up wrong . I told the cashiers the prices i read , they went and looked and say these were placed by customers , i expect to the get the price i seee period , especially when there is multiple ones of them there , instead the employee just looked and said she couldn’t do nothing about it . Providing good customer service means the customer is always right and we need to be happy to keep coming back . At the ending of the day Target needs to be regularly checking their aisle for common mistakes like this .
