This hotel is by far the worst experience I’ve had to date. I had a feeling it wasn’t going to be a good experience once I saw how the employees were kept. The rooms are disgusting. There were stains on everything and mold in the bathroom. The doors didn’t look like they’d been wiped down in forever. My original room was upstairs and as soon as I got on the floor the smell of cigarettes and weed was strong. The trash cans were overflowing and the room was falling apart. I asked to be moved and ended up on the first floor in an “executive king suite” it was no better. There were no bugs that I could see but it stank and the stains were just nasty. I had to shower with shoes on. I was nauseated the entire night. I know it’s pretty cheap but Jesus… Never Again.

Smelled like urine! Poor customer service! No hair dryer! Roach bugs! Staff is horrendously rude. No working air conditioning. Breakfast is a pitiful excuse and the facility is disgusting! Complete and title disappointment!

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!! The refrigerator and bathroom was dirty. They don’t price everyone the same either. I asked about specific days and the lady that checked me in wrote it on paper when another person walked up, if everyone was being charged the same then you would speak it loudly. I complained to the front desk and instead of apologizing for the poor keep of the employees the manager was rude, unprofessional, arrogant, no courtesy. She said people complain about the stay then asks for a refund, not one time did I ask for a refund. Never will I stay at this establishment again and I will not recommend it either.

This was quite an experience. The room smelled like an ashtray. I had to check for bedbugs because this place was so gross! The mattress pad was super stained. I have thrown away pillows that looked better than the ones in this room. I was cringing to touch anything. The tub was so bad I laid a towel in it to shower because I didn't want my feet to touch that. I would have left but it was after midnight, it was a $46 Uber drive to get there, and I was scared to leave my room because there was a man in the hall yelling at his girlfriend. I really wish I had just stayed in the airport because I didn't get any sleep anyway.
