I walked in with a hair cut that went wrong and really needed fixing. And immediatly Monique offered to help me. She was so friendly and took me under her wing without an appointment. My hair looks so much better now thanks to her. I will be coming back next time I need a hair cut. 😇

I was a little nervous about going to a new stylist having been with my former stylist for over 20 years. It took almost a month to get an appointment. Yes. She is that busy! From the moment I met Monique and her staff I was warmly welcomed and put at ease. The salon is lovely; bright, clean and modern. The receptionist was quite friendly. She offered refreshments and made me coffee. Monique is a firecracker. Confident and professional. We had an initial consultation; selected hair color and I shared my Pinterest ideas. Honestly, it was uncanny how she scanned those pictures (hundreds) and managed to create a style perfectly suited to me. Understand all this wonderfulness comes at a steep price. I had “the works” even so, the service was expensive. I am a professional myself and I understand the value of paying for good service. That said, I was a bit taken aback by my final bill. To her credit, Monique did not pass me off to the receptionist for the breakdown, she personally walked me out explained the service provided and why the total was so high. She even talked about how much a return visit would be significantly less. Savvy business woman. I already booked my next appointment! I look forward to seeing you again, Hair Café.
