Worst customer service ever! I came by the location in Rancho Cucamonga on three separate occasions in an attempt to get a haircut. I walk in with no acknowledgement, which is fine I approached one of the barbers who seemed to be annoyed that I was even approaching him only for him to tell me he does not take walk ins and everyone was busy despite the fact the sinage states “walk ins are welcome “ I was advised to calll the phone number and speak to a receptionist. At this point I was already turned off by the lack of service but I thought maybe it was a bad day or just a one off. I call the number no one answers I called about 10 to 12 times simultaneously 4 to 5 times a day with no answer and the voicemail states if the call is unanswered then to try and call back so I figure maybe they are super busy but I would say at least answer and politely place someone on hold I tried calling two weeks straight with no answer. So why not just put a sign up and state you are not accepting new customers? Terrible terrible way to do business.
