ATM (Wells Fargo Bank)

I am convinced that this is a branch of all trainees, or that this is where old wells fargo employees are sent to die. I can never get them to answer the phone. this branch does not show if they are open at the moment , on their site. every time i go, they are closed , lately ,though THAT part is on me. they can never do anything but handle very simple deposits. I go to banks all over atlanta and never have any trouble with anything. Just this one branch. I try not to ever go there, but they are right next to me ,so I eventually give in and try again.

I only go trough the drive through ATM at this location but Wells Fargo overall is pretty decent bank hate to see all the bad reviews for this location but hopefully it gets better.

Came to this Wells Fargo location because of a transaction that needed to be completed immediately. I went to different locations but none was able to help because they said I needed to make an appointment. When I got to this Union City location, the staff was so willing to help me immediately. Will Miles stepped in to help when the person I was initially working with ran into some difficulties. Without their collaboration, my transaction wouldn’t have been able to happen and I would’ve missed my deadline. Thank you for the great customer service provided. From A.M

Horrible customer service at this branch and over the phone. I tried to get a temporary debit card and was told they don’t give out temporary cards.I was also told I had to set up a appointment just get a temporary card. The earliest appointment was in two weeks. I have already ordered a debit card and it takes 5 to 10 day to be mailed. What kind of sense does that make set a appointment for a temporary card two weeks from now and I already ordered in the mail to arrive in 5 to 10 days.
