This company is not recommended in this age of unpredictable air-travel as there is NO flexibility in their refund policy, which requires 48 hours notice to cancel for a 90% refund (10% must go to "processing"). I pre booked shuttle for travel on company card and when a flight was canceled day of shuttle booking, I could not get any form of reimbursement, only voucher for future use for up to a year. This would never happen. I understand they had a 48 hour cancellation policy, but I called to cancel well before the shuttle had left their initial location for the day so am surprised that even from a customer service perspective they couldn't make something work, just keep the company's money and I never got any service. I am not angry with them, they were firm and polite, even if unrelenting to help me reconcile the knockdown effects of my canceled flight. I only just want to warn other folks not to use this company in this day and age given the massively unpredictable state of air-travel these days, unexpected health issues that can crop up and given that other options exist that are far cheaper. Forgot to mention also that the initial shuttle that I took was 20 minutes late for pickup. Overall, I would not recommend this company to book travel ahead of time, as there is no flexibility if something unpredictable happens with your flights, health or other.
