Yes it is only for members. A regular cosco card is only $60 dollars for 1 year. The black card is $120 but you get 2 percent back on everything you buy. So before scheduling a hearing test you will need to be a member. Hope this can help

As long as you are a member and the item you bought is under your membership when purchased, then yes you Don't need a receipt. They'll ask you how long ago when you purchased the item, just give them the best estimate and you'll be fine, 3 years ago, yeah they'll refund you as long as it's not electronics. Hope that helps
