Freshest and best El Pollo Loco I've been to in Socal. The family meal for 8 was grilled perfectly and not dry. Sides were very good: salad, slaw and rice... Plus the churros were perfectly crisp and cinnamony.

I went there to get dinner with my hubby and I was very surprised that they didn’t have napkins 😱 there were couple of people in line ... they left as soon as they heard “we’re out of napkins” ok Just to be courteous and caring, as a manager I would have driven to 99c store and purchase napkins, it’s not going to kill the business ... yet a great investment it will show “you care about your clients” We walked to McDs and got napkins Oh no onions either 😱 so I’m not stopping at this “Very Loco Pollo” LOL

This camarillo location has always got some issue..menu board doesn't work..out of chicken!! And worse..small chicken pieces ? My 12 piece looked like appetizer size. Never had this at any other Pollo Loco.
