I’m super happy with the bowsprit that Rick made for us. Even though it took some time waiting for all the parts involved to arrive, the wait was more than worth it. I’m very satisfied with the final product.

1 star because I cannot give theM 0 star. I called them when I signed a contract to buy my sailboat in May 2021 for a mast survey to get ready for after purchase refit of mast. Kept calling to be scheduled until the lady with the french accent told me that I did not need to call that they will call me... 2 months I waited... no call. Closed on purchase, now boat on the hard at Playboy Marine in Ft Lauderdale, call them again and wait another 2 months...they never "scheduled me". I called them because they are the only rigger allowed to work at Playboy Marine, the other company listed as rigger there told me they can work only on smaller boats. They did show up to step the mast and they were frustrated because my mast needed parts that I didn'thave. 2 days later I had the parts, moved the boat to a very expensive marina nearby in Ft L waiting for them to "schedule me". 1 month later they showed up unannounced. I declined to let them on my boat. NANCE UNDERWOOD RIGGING...NEVER AGAIN...
