Officer Bell :214201 Almost caused an accident at 31730000-Atlantic Ave w of IC at 1:09 pm on 8/17/22 he was parked right next to a stop sign at a 4-way intercept. I honked and told him that I couldn’t see the road or the pedestrians crossing. His response: “ok”. Still did not proceed to move, his vehicle was off. I’m unsure if it was arrogance or just not trained properly for his position. We already have enough people breaking the law, we don’t need the delray police dept. to be corrupt as well.

I had a situation involving a neighbor, politics and eggs. I cannot say enough about the officer who came twice to respond. This was handled beautifully. Diffused, polite and honestly DBPD should feel really good about the job they are doing. PS was duck eggs.. the "person" now understands it was nature .. nothing more. uggh. and thank you to that office for being so professional. Another note, the dispatcher was amazing as well.

I made a phone call tonight to ask a simple non emergency question and the dispatcher was the rudest Person. I thought to myself no wonder people are feeling the way they do about law enforcement. Listen your recording if you don’t believe me.
