Great customer service! I needed a new bulb for my theater. They didn't have what I needed in stock. It was for an older model not readily available and the owner helped me immediately, telling me what bulb I needed and how to go about getting it. The bulb was received and replaced within a week.

A subwoofer that isn't loose and boomy. Have anything servo controlled? Or maybe a sealed woofer would help. Basically, I want great impulse response without a lot of post ringing.
