Inexpensive and very fun place to fish. Can also hit the beach afterwards or grab a bite to eat right on the pier.

That's just not enough resources for the fishermen. They don't even sell ice for the anglers. The bait and tackle selection is very limited... The guy with the purple beard is very rude to customers as well and seems like he doesn't care about the the customers.... They are losing huge resources they are losing business to lack of resources.

I am not really sure. I park in the handicapped space so I don't have to pay for parking. But if you park in the lower section it only cost 5.00 for 4 hours. The top section cost 3.00 an hour which is totally crazy. Hopefully this helps.
Yes for both during morning or sunset you can get lucky with marine life
Pets not allowed on public part of beach. You can however take pet just north or just south of lifeguard area
Drink and stay at home. No DUI'S
Pier is licensed and you usually catch something. Use live shrimp or minnows if you can find them. Parking is $5 for 4hrs. Fishing is cheaper. Go to nearby Perks Bait Shop for best quality live bait! Pier will give you a parking pass to place on your dash for those 4hrs
No red tide , fish are safe
You can rent gear at the shop at the entrance . Ten dollars per rod and five bucks for bait
Two dollars per hour metered spaces or 4 hours for 5 dollars lot at bottom of hill.
