Staff is fed up and doesn't communicate with you. They let you wait without any information. Then they take your dog inside and tell you to wait in the waiting room, with no explanation. Like why can't you go inside with your dog? It makes no sense. Then, I saw the doctor and she seemed nice and caring. My dog was a little overweight and she prescribed a food to help him loose weight. After starting that food, my dog started to get very very sick. He never EVER gets sick. I started to do some researches about this food called HILLS METABOLIC and found the worst things: owners crying the loss of their pet after starting them on this food, others complaining of outrageous vet bills because the dog had a kidney or liver failure. I cannot believe any vet could recommend this food. And the only reason they do is because they make money out of this, then the dog gets sick and you need to bring the dog back to the vet: more money for them. It's a really bad business. I was looking for a caring place to bring my dog to, and this is definitely not the place. I'm glad I found all these information about that food and brand before my dog got deathly ill. Stay away from this place.

My pup and I are so grateful to Dr. Goldstein, Dr. Jove and the entire staff at Biscayne Animal Hospital. The vets found an internal issue with my yorkie - which could have been a life or death situation overtime if left unfound/ untreated. They were able to pin-point the issue and get him on the proper medication. He’s flying high and back to his old fun ways. When it came time to track down the special medication client manager Rorie was a hound! She went above and beyond staying late and didn’t stop trying to connect with the pharmacy until she got a yes and the medicine was en route. Not sure what we’d do without this vet practice. I highly recommend Biscayne Animal Animal Hospital. Elitsa
