The staff in this store are really rude and inattentive. No one seemed to actaully acknowledge our presence in the store, they just sat at their desks twiddling their thumbs and eagerly waiting for us to leave, praying that, God forbid we ask them for any help. We really felt unwelcomed when my wife and I approached them to ask questions and for information, they basically gave us one-worded answers at best. I find this type of "customer service" unacceptable. They seriously need to fix their attitude. I still bought 1 bed frame online no thanks to them for anything. I will be going to RH for the rest of my purchases where the customer service is much better and the employees there are willing to help.

I have the trade accaunt with Modloft. I do like the furniture style , qolity and prices. But its so hard to place the order, prices they provide to regular retail customer sometimes even better, get your sales person on a line almost impossible , information they provide in the store is one, and then when you ready to place the order they provide completle information ... i have feeling they just to overwelmed with a customers so they dont need a new orders ....
