I'm not sure what's going on but I ordered 17 mins ago and I'm still waiting for my food. Im here with a volleyball team that went to Chick-fil-A and I walked to AW. Why did 9 people all order, drive to pick me up and still wait for me to get my (2) 5 piece chk tender meal. 23 mins later I'm now receiving my food.

I've been here twice in the 10+ years I've lived here and I wasn't happy with either experience. The first time they had people working on the landscape and couldn't hear me and told me to go to the window before I could view the menu. That didn't work out so well. The next time I ordered a kids meal for a four year old who was counting on the "surprise" they advertise. SURPRISE! You don't get anything special, just the food you ordered, which has maybe too many options for a kids meal. The food is crazy expensive. I felt like they doubled what I had added up in my head and I'm really not that bad at math. The kid ended the interaction with "Have a finger licking good day." I didn't order from the KFC menu and it was just awkward. The food was ok. Not going back, unless it is because they want to give me some of my money back.

This place was dirty, and not good. Would never reccomend anyone to eat here! My husband and I only ate half our food before we decided we couldn't finish. My husband had to use the restroom before we left on the road again, he said he would have rather drove down the road. Managment needs to crack down on what is happening at this establishment.
