Person taking order only listened to half of what I said. Asked for no onions of pickles, got both. Ordered double 1/4 (which is what is on the order ticket and the correct box) but it’s a single regular patty not a DQC.

POTENTIAL LAWSUIT. I was just immediately told I was not allowed due to my service dog. She is a well groomed, extremely calm, clearly marked 13 year old service dog who I need for everyday life. I was just waiting for the ordering screen and was told I wasn't allowed in a rude way. She appeared to be the manager, she didn't ask for her papers which I had on hand and just walked away. I left because I lost my appetite but had walked 15 blocks to get dinner. I will never be back to this location; this was a direct violation of ADA laws that I could sue this corporation and franchisee for--fire this worker!

This location is always bad!!! But stupid me thought I'd give it one more try because it's close to home. There was no line (usually you wait at LEAST 20 min before the line even moves) it was looking promising. NOPE!!!!!!! The fries were so cold and disgusting (I wish I tried them while I was in the parking lot, so bad I just threw them away.) and both hamburgers were cold, and the bread was hard. Don't waste your time (which count on at least 20 min) and don't waste your money!!! They should just shut this location down!!!

I do security on state street just a block over from this McDonald’s and sometimes I want to walk over to this location for a quick bite but the lobby is NEVER open, I thought it was just that one time but I tried a few times and nope, doors always closed! I understand we have a homeless problem but what about the people (like myself) that just want to walk over and grab some food.. You’re losing money by never having the lobby open, but I doubt they care about that. Take some sort of measures that will keep paying customer in the lobby and the rest out, don’t just close the lobby off for EVERYONE, that’s just bad business practice.1 star for the few times wasted walking over here when the doors weren’t even open whilst keeping the useless lobby hours on your doors.
