For some reason every time I’ve come here they’re just rude for no reason. I guess they just don’t stress good customer service to their employees at this location. They’re super quick, but I’ve had too many interactions that left me pretty surprised on how blatantly rude the employees here are.

My mom came here for ice cream cones and the lady taking her order told her to go to the first window, so she went to the first window assuming she meant go to the first window to pay. So she pays, then goes to the second window for her ice cream cones and the lady came to the window and yelled “I TOLD YOU TO ONLY GO TO THE FIRST WINDOW!” My mom was taken aback and said “you’re really gonna talk to me like that?” The lady walked away, keep in mind had the ice cream cones by the window and ready to go, but walked away and made my mom wait awhile before she finally came back and handed them to her. Didn’t say have a nice day or anything. Completely ignored her. If you’re gonna work in the service industry, don’t treat your customers like this. Won’t be coming back. Need to make sure their workers are treating customers nicely.

Been coming to this location for years, loved it until this year.... they have new people who barely speak English and they give you attitude when you ask for simple things like ketchup or a straw & the fries are sometimes cold! I normally don't post reviews but I felt people have to see this, I was so hungry until I seen this in my quarter pounder🤢

I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget on the app with three sweet and sour dipping cups, and they only gave me 2. 2 is not enough sauce for 20 nuggets. I used both of them and have nuggets left over with no sauce. Put the correct amount of sauce in the bag please.
