A nice, quiet little park that runs along the west side of the C14 canal/Stranahan River There is a dog park for your furry friends 🐕 with lots of dog owners in the area. It's a clean and relaxing place for joggers, cyclists, and freshwater anglers alike.

I have never experienced or heard of any break-ins or any other incidents here. If it happened, was probably a one-time, random thing that can happen anywhere.
Yes, at multiple locations along the park. Note, they open approximately at sunrise and close at sunset. There are gates.
Leashed, yes, all over. There is also a fenced dog park at one end of the park.
