I didn't even work with this company and I had to leave this review. The SO CALLED recruiter kept butchering my name, could not spell my email correctly, then when I told him I was not interested in the job and to stop, he kept calling. I counted five called after that. I had to FINALLY THREATEN HIM WITH CALLING THE HUDSON COUNTY PROSECUTERS OFFICE! $26.00 an hour as a CSR for BMW... wadda crock!

They create fake interviews and fake tests -- to collect answers from professionals and use the answers to place their own candidates.

I am soooo glad I decided to research this company before going any further. I knew something was fishy when they immediately wanted to recruit me without any interviews. I then explained I had another offer and they immediately jumped $5 an hour higher. Some how we were disconnected and when they tried to call back it came up “ scam likely” on my iPhone. This is when I became very concerned about their intentions. I will not be moving forward with this company.

Please beware of MindLance. They will ask for your social security and date of birth over the phone. They seen to be the kind of company that helps people lie on their resume and allows someone else to interview for you. Complete fraud. I don't know why SBA hasn't busted them yet. Once you give them the information they will stop responding to you after they claim to have submitted your resume to the employer.
