The water goes out once or twice a month for years. As of this posting the water has been off for 4 days. People are washing their dishes down by the pool its like a 3rd world country over here. The pressure breaks the water line and they just keep patching it up, then it breaks somewhere else. They need to replace the entire water line its the same one from the 70's when the building was built I imagine. I wouldn't drink the water from the tap.

Don’t live here. 41 hours and counting without water. They still don’t even know when they will be turning it back on. They offer no discount water or rent. They provide no water bottles. No help no support. Just excuses and poor answers. While the office team gets to work remote from the comfort of their own houses with water we the tenants are suffering and the apartments do not care. I’m sure Jill as usual will just leave the comment to have me call her when I don’t see the reason because no one does anything ever!! Do not live here!! Mind you the water isn’t even through the city of Oakland park. And they don’t even charge you based on your meter they charge an estimate of what they think you use in a month.

Day 3 and I can’t shower, use the bathroom or even clean my apartment because the water is shut off once again. The plumbing system obviously needs to be completely repaired but instead they send a 2 man team to come fix it one leak at a time. They threaten to take us to court if we don’t pay for laundry while this is the 9th leak in 1.5 years. The neighborhood is not bad but what good is a home with no running water?

Unacceptable, water issues almost every month, I don’t care what excuse the office gives us we pay $1,565 for only one bedroom and the water is not included and either the light. So I least I don’t expect these things to happen, office doesn’t care, they only tell you I’m sorry and gives you poor excuses. 48 hours with no water…. Not worth at all, also homeless people sleeping in the building, there’s no security at all. And they wanna charge you for “preferred” parking please. When every time it rains everything gets flooded. Please whoever wants to move to this place stay away

About 1100. Every community is getting higher and higher on price. I really think the place is worth the price. 500 deposit. Heck yeah!
