Poor service brought in a customer's check to cash they wouldn't cash check bc client is in hospital i told them to call her power of attorney and she refused. Spoke to client she told them to call chase Bank they refused. Shifty company wish my bank was open on Sunday. The

There is a line out the door so you would think every available rep what been assisting a cx but no the rep doesn't think that scanning can wait until the line dies down ijs and the other 2 keep getting up every sec smh

Generally not very crowded so in and out with 10-15 mins. Mexican lady at first window is very nice but has no filter, and I don't think she understands English fully but gets alone well. Very friendly service
